We advise all our clients to read through the clinic terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard the clinic and to ensure the maximum standards and service are offered to the client. In booking an appointment you are agreeing to the clinic terms and conditions stated below. 

All clients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
All clients will complete a Medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation
You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.
All clients must pay a 25% booking fee to secure a treatment booking. The booking fee is deducted from the total on the day of procedure.
Booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
We may not able to treat you if you have arrived more than 20 minutes late to your booking. Unfortunately you may be refused by the clinic and will lose your booking fee.
We are not able to treat those who are medically unfit for treatment.
Klaudia Palinger Aesthetics operates a 7 days cancellation policy. If you do not attend a booked appointment, and fail to advise us in advance, your booking fee will be forfeited.
You are able to re-schedule your appointment online yourself up to 7 DAYS before your scheduled appointment. All re-scheduling can be done via your confirmation email. Failure to do so within this 7 day period will result in loss of your booking fee.
We cannot accept bookings made on behalf of someone else. We are not able to transfer bookings or booking fees to another individual.
Appointments must be booked in the name of the client expecting to have the treatment on the day and you must not book an appointment in your name for a friend/family etc.

Booking fees are non-refundable

Booking fees are strictly non refundable under any circumstances(as stated on our booking system when booking your appointment). Please make sure you understand this prior to booking

Payments

You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken.
Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment.
The clinic accepts cash, or major debit and credit cards.

Refunds

All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable

Reviews

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email or via the clinic website.

Complaints

If you have a complaint please inform us as soon as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Under no circumstances can we treat

Those under the age of 18 ( ID REQUIRED )
Those on skin medication such as ro-accutaine, antasure, steroids or other which cause over sensitive thin skin.
Those who have an active cold sore/oral herpes on day of treatment.
Those with allergies to anaesthetics
Those undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy at present, due to undergo, or have only recently finished within the last 50 days.
Epileptics who have had a seizure in the past two years
Those who are pregnant or breast-feeding, cancer and autoimmune diseases, acute and skin infections, exacerbation of chronic diseases, hemophilia, skin inflammation in the area of presumed injections
The skin’s tendency to form keloid scars
Allergy to the components of the agent
Recent usage of laser or chemical peeling.
Those with glaucoma or taking blood thinning medicine (eg aspirin/warfarin)
Diabetics
Eczema, psoriasis, rash or blisters on the site to be treated.
Healing disorders
Uncontrolled high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder.
